Hooki is a webhook debugging platform that provides unique endpoints for capturing, inspecting, and replaying HTTP requests. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by KAKI.llc and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you send to your webhook endpoints.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hooki and KAKI.llc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
